On hot days it is nice to start with a light breakfast. Lots of fruits and no warm stuff. But just fruits can be a little bit boring. Also you digest it very quickly, so you will be hungry again very soon. Therefor I make a nice dipsauce to go with it. Still light and fresh but a little bit more filling. I used bananas, apples, strawberries and nectarines, but of course you can use other fruits as well. Raspberries, pear, blueberries, kiwis… whatever you feel like or have lying around.
